Please ensure your traveler is aware and comfortable with the ratios. The ratios typically range between 1:5-6, however, with call-ins the ratios can move up to 1:7. We are actively onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the workload when there is a call-in. They are starting the hiring process for PCT support*

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: No
Vacation Requirements: every other vacation

Additional Information: 4N is a 46 bed surgical unit. Their main patient population is trauma surgery, post bariatric surgery, post abdominal surgery, post amputation surgery, urological issues, etc. They also take overflow medically and cardiac.


Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
