Summary The Registered Nurse - Master Preceptor in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) will work jointly with ICU nursing leadership and the Chief Nurse of Critical Care in the provision of effective and comprehensive nursing staff development and continuing education programs that support nursing practice - improve nursing health care delivery - and enhance professional development of all nursing personnel.
