Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date (This is for ALL Medsurg nurses, regardless of sub-specialty)

Certifications: BLS-AHA and NIHSS are required

Unit Description: Transitional Care Unit

Weekend requirement: Every other or two per month

Ratio: 1:7-8 / float required

Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any vacation or vacation week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Local Spring Break (3/9-3/15/26), Easter, Memorial Day (5/22-5/25/26), Independence Day, Labor Day, Local Fall Break (10/5-10/11/26), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year s Day. Travelers may address any vacation RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite for their assignment by using the RTO form.
