**Mgr is asking for at least 2 years experience as they need the candidate to be independent on night shift but would consider someone with 1 1 years experience IF they worked on a high risk/high census L&D unit.**

Will position float between units: Yes per unit needs
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes every other weekend
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:1 labor, 1:3 postpartum
Special requirements: Looking for someone with LDRP experience, having both labor and postpartum experience, with at least 1 year labor training.
Are 48 hours approved: No
