Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) at the La Crete Community Health Centre participates in nursing assessments and interventions, care planning, implementation of prescribed treatments, administration of medications, evaluation of treatments, and documentation of treatment progress and patient or resident response. Acting as an advocate, coordinator and liaison, the RN collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to identify needs, set priorities, and facilitate patient and family education and discharge planning. The RN may also perform charge nurse duties as required and ensures care aligns with established standards, Covenant Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and the UNA Collective Agreement.
