Salary: $40 - $50 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Novice Nurse Registered Nurse. The Novice Nurse RN (< 12 months of experience) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with care developed for each individual patient in accordance with physician’s orders when applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Re-evaluates patient nursing needs regularly

+ Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services

+ Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber necessary revisions as patient status and needs change

+ Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on nursing diagnosis and established goals

+ Assures patient safety at all times and recipient of services provided
