Job Description
- Preparesclinicalandprogressnotes,coordinatesservices,workasliaisonbetweentreatingphysicianand other personnel of changes in the client's condition and familymembers.
- Counselstheclientsandfamilyinmeetingnursingandrelatedneeds,participatesinin-serviceprograms, and supervises and teaches other nursingpersonnel.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting to the treating physicians for the abnormalvalues
- Administering prescribedmedications
- Monitoring intravenous infusions and parenteraltherapies
- Caring of clients with Tracheostomy, gastrostomy andcolostomy
- Carryingoutnursingcareto clientswithPacemaker, peritonealdialysis,andclientsonventilator
- DeliveringNursingcareofclientswithhemiplegic,paraplegic,Bellspalsy,cerebralpalsy,terminallyill,and elderlyetc.
- Caring new born, pre and post-partummothers
