Team 4: Amityville, Copiague, Farmingdale, Lindenhurst, Wheatley Heights, & Wyandanch. 

  • 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating Weekends
  • Per Visits are required to work 1 shift per pay week with 2 weekend days per month.
  • Per Visits are required to attend entire first week of orientation Monday – Friday (8:30AM -4:30PM)

    Our Home Care RN’s:

  • Case manage, assess, plan, develop and implement a comprehensive home health care plan for their patients.
  • Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed
