About the Role
Te Uru Rauhi, Mental Health and Addiction Services at MidCentral have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse. This position will be based in Horowhenua Locality Team within the new Integrated Model of Care to clients and family/whanau.
The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service provides recovery focused assessment, intervention and treatment for young people aged 14-25yrs experiencing first-episode-psychosis across the MidCentral region, both urban and rural, using a ‘shared-decision-making' process with service-users and their networks (prioritising family/whanau) where possible.
