**UW Medical Center - Montlake** has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Digestive Health Center clinic.
**POSITION DESCRIPTION**
As a key member of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) team, the Care Management RN plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex needs. This role provides clinical triage; monitors laboratory, imaging, and procedural results; manages medication regimens; and coordinates prior authorizations to ensure timely access to treatment.
The Care Management RN collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support care coordination, ensure clear communication of the plan of care, and promote alignment across disciplines.
