Job Summary

This is a critical care float position. Travelers will float between ALL adult ICUs and step down. If they are not comfortable with that, please redirect. While they will not be assigned to post cardiac surgery, balloon pump, Impella, transplant or EVD patients, they will float to all adult ICUs.

Key Responsibilities

Float between all adult ICUs and step down units

Pass medication exam at orientation ( attempt allowed; failure results in immediate contract cancellation)

Pass telemetry exam at orientation ( attempt allowed; failure results in immediate contract cancellation)

Work every other weekend/holiday rotation

Make up all call outs at the end of the assignment

Education Requirements

MA RN license required

BLS certification required

ACLS certification required
