**University of Washington Medical Center-Montlake** has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nurse to work on our **Cardiology/Cardiothoracic Surgery unit.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ 90% FTE
+ Night shift

​ **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**

5NE/Cardiology/Cardiothoracic Surgery unit is a 30-bed unit, with computerized arrhythmia monitoring, that cares for patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass graft, valve replacement and repair, heart transplant, lung transplant, and lung resection surgeries. We also care for patients with pacemakers, LVADs, general cardiology concerns, and following invasive procedures for arrhythmias.

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ At least 1 year of current/recent cardiology nursing experience
+ Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington and BLS certification
