Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Outpatient IV Services- Contingent – Jackson

Contingent; non-benefited.

Schedule:10-20 hours per week. 10-hour shifts. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 7:30am - 12:30pm

Contingent RN's rotate a minimum of at least every 4th weekend. Contingents required to work 1 summer and 1 Winter Holiday.

Location: Henry Ford Jackson (Charles Anderson Building)
Preferred Experience:IV experience (peripheral IV/Ports/PICCS)


GENERAL SUMMARY:Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
