InGenesis is currently seeking Registered Nurses to work with our client in Columbus, Georgia. In this role, you will perform comprehensive behavioral health nursing services to hospital patients.

Job Duties:
* Vital sign screenings
* Urgent care assessments and treatment.
* Provide Nursing Assessment at admission - perform initial assessment, health history, nursing assessment, risk assessment, routine laboratory studies as indicated or directed on every patient within two (2) hours of patient's arrival.
* Conduct routine physical examinations upon patients' entry to the Department hospital site.
* Dispense (including sub-cutaneous) injections and monitor medications per Doctors orders.
* Monitor Consumer vitals.
* Document and record in Patients record all nursing related encounters.
