£50,000 - £55,500 per annum (dependent on experience, services managed and additional responsibilities)

Bonus

Additional £2,500 - £5,000 performance bonus based on occupancy and Ofsted outcomes

Hours

37 hours per week plus additional sleep‑in/on‑call payments where required
