Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Location: South East England (exact location available on application)

Salary: £65,000 + Bonus (up to £10,000)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours + on-call duties)

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, compliance, and performance of the home, ensuring it consistently operates in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

• Maintaining and leading Ofsted registration and inspection readiness
• Managing and developing the Deputy Manager and wider care team
