+ Work location Required: 1300 West Terrell Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104
+ Work hours Required: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, rotating 8-hour shifts
+ Hours may vary beginning as early as 7:00am and ending as late as 6:00pm
+ Call and weekends required on a rotational basis
+ Travel Required: 50% to surrounding hospitals & clinics _(mileage reimbursement provided)_
