About the role

• Plan and deliver high-quality, child-led learning experiences aligned with Te Whāriki.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with tamariki, whānau, and the wider community.
• Maintain accurate portfolios, learning stories, and assessment documentation.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Work collaboratively with the team to implement centre philosophy and values.
• Support and mentor kaiako students and non-registered teachers as needed.
