Location: Morecambe, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + KPI bonus up to £8,500
Hours: full time, Monday to Friday (permanent contract)

We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. 

Our Morecambe home is a solo service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

A competitive salary of up to £55,000

Bonus structure with potential to earn up to £8,500
