About the Role

Beautiful Minds Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) with experience supporting youth and adolescents who have developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or behavioral needs.

This position provides Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) services for young individuals under ODJFS/Child Services oversight who require consistent, trauma-informed, and safety-focused support. The ideal candidate will be patient, grounded, and skilled in de-escalation, redirection, and structured engagement. Experience working with behavioral youth clients is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily care, supervision, and behavioral support in the home and community settings

Implement the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plan (BSP)
