Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as Regional Training Standards Manager, supporting CAE’s global Civil Aviation Training team.
Our newly opened centre hosts state‑of‑the‑art Full Flight Simulators, including the G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, and Global 6000 Vision, with capacity to expand to nine simulators. This 8,000‑sqm facility is designed to provide the most advanced pilot training environment in Central Europe.
In this role, you will:
+ Provide regional leadership, coordination, and oversight of multiple Local Training Standards Leads to ensure consistent implementation of global standards and harmonised training practices across all Training Centres.
+ Coach, guide, and evaluate Local Training Standards Leads to maintain consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
