The Regional Welding Process Trainer supports growth and capability across the region by enhancing distributor performance and strengthening technical proficiency among channel partners, internal sales teams, educators, and end‑user customers. This role combines deep welding process expertise with dynamic, high‑impact training delivery to build confidence, skill, and advocacy for ITW welding solutions.

By providing consistent, engaging learning experiences and supporting strong participant engagement, this position helps enhance customer‑facing effectiveness and increase preference for ITW products. Success in this role requires technical mastery, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to influence and educate diverse audiences with clarity and credibility.
