Technical Consultation & Troubleshooting Support Receive and resolve technical inquiries and complex fault reports from all service dealers in the region. Provide remote diagnostic support via telematics, video conferencing and technical documentation. Conduct on-site technical support for critical and high-complexity vehicle issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
