MADEC is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Team Leader to join our Labour Hire Services team based in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

This is a dynamic role that combines client relationship management, business development, workforce leadership, compliance, and people management. You'll be responsible for managing key employer partnerships, supporting workers placed through Labour Hire and the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Program, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across your region.
