MR DIY International is looking for an Assistant Manager, Talent Management to support its people agenda across corporate and retail operations in Selangor. This role encompasses talent identification, development planning, and succession management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, at least 3 years of progressive HR experience, and familiarity with HR analytics tools. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
