Responsible for

• Technical Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Direct Radiography Systems.
• Technical Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Computed Radiography Systems.
• Responsible for Technical Support to IB consisting of Hospitals / Diagnostic Centres etc.
• Act as the Technical Manager to all service issues on behalf of Agfa Malaysia.
• Responsible as the representative of Agfa Malaysia in the event of any inspection by authorities especially warehouse, service tools & spare parts storage.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly and annual distribution medical device report to local and Regional authorities.
