Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 pro rata + TPS pension + additional benefits.

Location: East region, with frequent travel to and between schools and to our central offices in London.

Hours: 0.5 – 1.0 FTE. The East regional role is approximately 0.5FTE but may be extended by covering additional schools or by adding a teaching or leadership role in one of the region's schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the English strategy across the schools in the East region.
• Provide expert support and guidance to English leaders and their teams to drive improvements in standards and teaching.
• Collaborate with local leaders, giving advice, counsel and leading by example, promoting shared values and mindsets.
• Jointly account for subject performance and improvement with local leaders.
• Develop an area of national expertise to deliver impact across the network.
