Job Purpose: Sales Operations
Sales Operations involve handling the critical numerical and administrative tasks that salespeople often avoid inputting, but businesses need to have an effective salesforce to assure accuracy in reporting, timely delivery of data, and budgetary control are priorities, its criticality for effective sales management is obvious.
This role is central to supporting sales operations across IPTV, NBD, B2B, and DTH partners throughout the region. Responsibilities include delivering partner reporting, ensuring the accuracy of subscriber data, and maintaining the functionality of systems that are vital to internal stakeholders.
Additionally, the role supports Sales Directors during deal negotiations and facilitates communication between OSNβs marketing and technical teams, as well as with external partners.
