About the role

As the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, Spares & Accessories (S&A), you’ll lead Dyson’s S&A commercial agenda in the region. Your mission: deliver growth, drive profitability, and champion the owner experience by bringing the global S&A strategy to life with local markets. You’ll co-create regional channel approaches, support local teams, and ensure the S&A portfolio fits Dyson’s standards and ambitions. This role combines local insight with commercial expertise. You’ll partner with the global S&A team, BU’s, regional sales, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to maximise impact while adapting to regional trends and needs.
