Job Description
What you will do
The Regional Sales Manager OI is responsible for the development and execution of the business plan in the area, leading a strong sales network and being an active part of new customer acquisition and retention of key accounts. Among other duties, she/he will manage the financial performance of the department, planning expenses and ensuring the right tools are in place to create a great service experience for customers and partners and ultimately hit sales targets. The role will require interaction with multiple medical specialties (Orthopaedics, Cardiac, CMF, ENTβ¦), nursing, as well as other healthcare profiles like Engineering, Procurement, Technical Service, including CβSuite.
