**Regional Sales Manager – Door-to-Door (Telecom)**
**GTA & GTA North | Field-Based Leadership Role**
We’re hiring a driven, results-obsessed **Regional Sales Manager** to lead our **Door-to-Door (D2D) telecom sales teams** across the **GTA and GTA North** . This role is built for a proven field leader who knows how to build winning teams, dominate territory, and consistently outperform aggressive sales targets.
If you’ve led D2D teams, thrive in the field, and know what it takes to win in telecom — this role is for you.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and manage up to **7 District Managers** and their field sales teams.
+ Own regional performance and **crush monthly and quarterly sales targets** .
+ Drive execution across Bell-style residential products (internet, TV, mobility).
+ Spend **70–75% of your time in the field** , coaching, riding, and holding teams accountable.
