The Mandate
Regional Director – Core & Digital Banking Sales (APAC), reporting to Global CRO. Singapore-based with full APAC ownership following regional leadership separation.
This is a hands-on revenue leadership mandate driving new logo acquisition and large-scale core banking transformation programmes built on a SaaS-based platform model.
Scope & Responsibilities
Full ownership of new business revenue across APAC (USD tens of millions) Lead complex SaaS-led core banking transformation sales cycles Direct engagement with C, C-1, C-2 banking stakeholders Hands-on hunter and closer – not a managerial overlay role Build, coach and drive high-performing regional sales teams Own strategic pursuits, deal structuring and commercial negotiations
