Principal Duties/Responsibilities: - Lead and live ATS Beyond Zero safety culture - Deliver prioritized preliminary weekly schedules to assigned facilities that are fully loaded to 100% of crew capacities - Drive Red/Green Reporting schedule success analysis at assigned facilities - Maintains an organized and prioritized work order backlog to determine the next highest priority jobs to be planned next and maintains the Ready Backlog at or above 4 weeks at assigned facilities - Analyze Work Execution Management current state with hard data to identify fractures in the process - Provide CMMS training as new features ar...
