Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, dealer management, or field operation, preferably in the automotive industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field
• Proven record of delivering sales target and building high performing dealer partnerships in automotive, OEM or multi-location luxury retail environments
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive alignment without direct authority
• Data driven decision maker who converts KPIs and field insights into clear actions and measurable results
• Bilingual English and French required
• Strong understanding of automotive retail, including OEM models, and third-party stakeholder management
• Ability to think strategically, work tactically, with strong project management skills and present to C-level executive teams and retailer principals alike
