Job Description
- Oversee and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and sorting center operations to ensure compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards, including regular safety drills and compliance audits.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations and generate periodic reports on operational performance and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze operational performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization across all processes.
- Coordinate cross-border logistics between China and international markets to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and delivery operations.
