Job Description
- Collaborate with Country Directors to shape and improve the regional commercial plan t o oversee the growth and management of all marketing/branding efforts in Malaysia region
- Architect and refine comprehensive briefs for events and campaigns, aiming to enhance upper funnel dynamics, acquisition rates, and CRM engagement for both retail and partner networks, while also launching regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and amplify brand visibility
- Actively engage with the Marketing Team to solve business problems and provide strategic advice
- Initiate and interpret market research and competitive analyses within the Malaysia region, translating insights into groundbreaking campaign strategies
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the compliance team to find new marketing prospects while meeting regulatory standards
