Job Description
Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, the Regional Manager is accountable for meeting sales targets, continuing to maximize all sales opportunities while facilitating exceptional client experiences that align with professional clinical standards within their designated region. The Regional Manager must lead, train and coach the teams to execute all company strategies effectively and be role models of our mission of βHelping more people hear better.β
Success Criteria
Consistently meet/exceed sales targets for the region.
Support clients have a positive experience in the clinic.
Prioritize team development through coaching, training, and performance development plans.
