Position Summary

Regional Manager – Indigenous Banking – Nanaimo, British Columbia. Hours: 37.5; Salary Range: $92,100 – $130,000 CAD. Responsibilities

Work closely with the Senior Regional Manager and AVP to deliver the Indigenous Banking Strategy. Provide support and leadership in Indigenous Banking Strategy, credit risk, business analysis, reporting and special projects. Act as strategic partner to the leadership team on portfolio management, identify opportunities and emerging trends. Participate in working committees to support strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain active, cooperative relationships with key internal and external business partners. Provide support, leadership and coaching to Business Banking partners and regional managers to enhance knowledge, confidence and awareness of Indigenous Peoples and banking. Qualifications
