Business Development & Client Management Increase clients, associates, headcount, and permanent placements. Build, maintain, and grow client relationships and contracts. Identify expansion opportunities, negotiate rate increases, and manage financially viable SLAs. Monitor profitability and manage cost to serve. Operations & Compliance Ensure clients are serviced according to SLAs. Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
