Job Description

Job Profile

  • Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Regional Manager to take operational control of its South East team of property adjusters.
  • You will oversee a team of home-based adjusters handling domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000. 
  • You will also be home-based and responsible for the management of all aspects of the team attending to the ongoing development and progression of your team in line with company standards and expectations. 
  • You will also handle a small caseload of the larger, more complex and/or complaint cases. 

    • Applicant Requirements

  • Candidates will ideally have existing managerial experience, but our client is equally happy to consider any adjusters who are looking to progress into management.
  • You can live anywhere within the broader South East region.
  • Progress with professional qualifications through ACII and/or ACILA would be...
