Regional Lead, Commercial Enablement Biosurgery

The Regional Commercial Enablement Lead is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and productivity across the APAC region for the Surgery business. This role equips sales and clinical team members with the tools, training, content and technologies required to engage customers effectively and accelerate profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Enablement Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and deliver a regional sales enablement strategy aligned with focused growth plans in Surgery, market dynamics and benchmarked team needs.
  • Identify gaps in sales knowledge, skills and behaviours and design programmes to address them.
