Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the commercial strategy for Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) accounts, driving cross-business collaboration to meet customer and Schneider Electric objectives. Work with C&SP accounts to identify, understand, and define operational and growth requirements, proposing Schneider Electric solutions that enhance resilience, efficiency, and sustainability. Identify and influence key technical, operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders across the C&SP decision-making ecosystem. Collaborate with all Lines of Business, Sales, Marketing, Technical, and global C&SP teams to ensure consistent regional and international alignment. Act as the single point of accountability for C&SP accounts, ensuring issues are owned, escalated, and resolved effectively.
