REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER (RHRBP)
Location; Huntington Beach, CA (4 days onsite, Friday remote)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting organizational growth and operational excellence across a dynamic, multi-site environment. This role requires deep expertise in HR Operations and exposures in supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), especially in integration and change management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, business-minded, and comfortable traveling extensively to support leaders and employees across locations.
