Job Description

The Challenges

  • Lead all controllership activities for the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with international (e.g., IFRS) and local standards.

  • Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and review of financial statements, statutory reporting, and external audits across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic guidance to support business objectives.

  • Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure adherence to risk management and operational efficiency standards.

  • Drive the standardization and improvement of regional finance processes, workflows, and systems.

  • Act as the principal liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities across the region.
