Regional Field Director
POSITION TYPE:
Full-time
Ability to work on site currently hybrid 3 days/week in our Chantilly Office if/when COVID-19 conditions permit
LOCATION:
Northern Virginia
DESCRIPTION:
New Virginia Majority is hiring a Regional Field Director to manage its paid voter outreach programs. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-starters. Regional Field Directors report to the Statewide Field Director and Political Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The RFD is responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of leads and canvassers with intention to meet yearly voter outreach goals. RFD’s must maintain consistent reporting and quality data stewardship, in addition to implementing quality control practices in their regional programs.
