Summary You will serve as a Regional Dispatch Training & Quality Specialist of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Responsibilities You will establish and implement a quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) program for the dispatch center. You will design and implement training programs including benchmarks, timelines, and available learning support tools and methods. You will provide classroom instruction for newly hired employees and coordinate on-the-job training of all emergency management dispatchers. You will perform routine dispatch services.
