In this role, you will:


  • Leads and drives a client-driven culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Lead and oversee team providing all end-to-end midmarket credit solution activities undertaken by the Senior Client Solutions Manager(s)/Team Lead, Credit and their team(s) in the assigned region(s) by: Maintaining expert knowledge of complex lending solutions, credit products and policies and guiding Senior Credit Solutions Manager(s)/ Team Lead, Credit to proactively identify opportunities to apply these solutions.
    Expanding the knowledge of Senior Credit Solutions Manager(s)/ Team Lead, Credit around borrowing strategies; and enhancing teams overall underwriting capabilities and credit productivity for them to identify opportunities.
