  • Ensure management directions and its goals has been communicated to the teams within the region assigned
  • Ensure the prepared plans, details and documents are all well checked and satisfies Regulatory Compliance and SM Standards. Ensure drawings submitted by the consultants are compliant to SMEDD standards
  • Review of Technical specifications and methodology of installation of the equipment or material should comply with SM standards and national/ international standards may be specified when it is necessary.
  • Evaluate and negotiate bids prior to award or request for approval of bid from management and secure award or management approval of bid
  • Conduct/monitor/check result of site inspections done by the teams within the assigned region. These inspections include pre-construction assessment, monitoring of actual site project status, inspection of mock-ups, monitoring of site implementation if as per dra...
