DESCRIPTION

In this key leadership role, you will guide the performance, development, and long‑term success of Phoenix Contact’s channel partners. You’ll work closely with distributor management, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue, expand market share, and elevate partner capabilities across our core technology areas — Automation, Connectivity, Cabinet Efficiency, and Power Reliability.

As the primary connection between Phoenix Contact and our distributors, you will champion collaboration, ensure alignment with national strategies, and help our partners deliver exceptional value to customers.
