Job Description
Regional Care Assistant (Rapid Response)
Pay: Β£30,000 - Β£40,000 per annum
Permanent
Contract: 36- & 46-hour contract available.
Shift Patterns:
* Variable 12-hour shifts days & nights available (you must be flexible for both)
Please note: JAM Care cannot provide sponsorship. You must already have the right to work in the UK.
Female carers only requested due to client preference.
About the Regional Care Assistant Role:
JAM Care supports clients with physical and mental disabilities in their own homes. As a Regional Carer, youβll be the key point of support, stepping in when clients need extra help. You will provide person-centred care across the region, travelling between client homes to deliver hands-on support and maintain their wellbeing, independence, and dignity. You will typically provide support to 3 separate packages of care, working with each team on a weekly basis
